Narrative Helping replace #1 CM dryer chute 2nd floor of plant, chute caught on edge of hopper. Using #2 hoist to pull #1 chute, using slate bar to pinch chute over hopper, with pressure on chute it came across hopper, struck employee in face causing injury. Employee had scheduled days off and did not start to miss work until 7-21-2008.
