Complaint What Happened When I took out my loan last year I told them I did not want any insurance on the loan well months later when i looked at my papers i seen where i had all the insurances they offer and an auto insurance also i phoned office was told i did not have insurance on my loan i told them it was on my paperwork so they told me to bring it in ... .so i work over 40+hours out if town its hard to get time to go in so when i finally took a day off to go in today they had me sign a paper that says I wanted to drop life and disability and told me come back next week sometime they would have me a check ready then so when I left I took paper to my girlfriend she ask about auto club as it was not on the paper the paper was also dated for that day instead of being backdated to my loan date I have been given the run around for like 6 months now on this issue I talked to supervisor today told me that she was called about dropping insurance on a loan but that the office didn't say anything about dropping the auto which she found out hadn't been dropped at all so I inquired about other insurance like person property she told me I had to have that and I know by law I dont have to so she wouldnt drop the property insurance at all. So supervisor called me back said they were gon na send me check in the mail for the ones they dropped sometime next week. I dont know why this has been such a hassle and I have been lied to so many times
