Narrative	The employee was going from the worksite to the plant with a load of coal when the driver came upon a rise in the road and they missed a gear at the top of the rise. The truck was then in neutral and they lost control on the down grade of the rise and the truck turned on its side. The gear shift struck the employee in the rib cage causing a possible fracture to rib.
