There are unknown hard inquiries on my credit reports. Im requested the verification of the inquiries and the method of verification. On XXXX. XXXX, XXXX, CREDIT PLUS, on XXXX XXXX, XXXX, XXXX-XXXX XXXX and on XXXX. XXXX, XXXX, XXXX XXXX XXXX add a hard inquiries on my credit reports.
But companies did not provide the following proof : Permissible Purpose My written authorizati on Proof that I personally initiated these inquiries. To my knowledge, I have not signed any documents authorizing your organization to view my credit history therefore, your inquiry into my credit report violates the Fair Credit Reporting Act, Section 1681b ( c ) : Transactions Not Initiated by Consumer.

I've not applied for any credit or given any authorization.
I've contacted credit plus and had no help in resolving.
CREDIT PLUS Inquired on XX/XX/2018 XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX, MD XXXX ( XXXX ) XXXX *I am working with a bank for a home loan, but I have a relationship with them already, and they said they don't need to pull my credit yet. They did not ask for authorization, permission, and didn't inform me. I haven't idea if this has to do with them. I spoke w/rep at bank, and she said she's never heard of them.
