This issue is regarding the company CREDIT ACCEPTANCE CORP. They call me while working business hours after I told them I can not take personal calls at work. They call me XXXX times a day for XXXX days a week. While at work I can be on ladders making it dangerous for me to check my phone, and the vibrations in my back pocket make me feel like I can fall off a ladder. Ive told them about this issue and they just brush it off and tell me how much I owe them. They will keep calling me no matter what even if I say put me on a do not call list. They still say people will call you. Im sick of the pain and suffering I have to hear/see when I see their number pop up on my phone everyday. The XXXX in XXXX rule is a big thing and they do not follow all laws regarding to the fair credit reporting act.

Back in XXXXXXXX XXXX XXXX someone stole my identity and used it to purchase a vehicle and they also filed for unemployment benefits, credit cards, and other various accounts. Over the past 2 years Ive spoken with Credit Acceptance and XXXX several times and attempted to get this issue resolved with No result. Ive asked several times for a Letter of Validation from both Credit Acceptance and XXXX and havent received one although I was told it was mailed to me. I have done everything I was asked by both Credit Acceptance and XXXX with No updates or response in the past 6 months. Ive submitted both a Police Report and Affidavit of Fraud to show I am a True victim of Identity Theft. Still both Credit Acceptance and XXXX refuse to acknowledge my consumer complaint. I think its also a violation of my civil rights and discrimination. I almost at the point of retaining legal representation and filing a lawsuit against Credit Acceptance. I would like to know if I can get help here or what I can and should do next. Im attempting to fix this issue but its been a nightmare and XXXX stated they received something validating the account was mine however Ive never seen anything and they refuse to resend anything to me. I would just like to get this issue resolved promptly so that I can purchase a vehicle. It shows the vehicle as a repossession and someone named XXXX XXXX on the account. I have No knowledge of who this person is.

I made the final settlement payment on this account in XXXX. The payment cleared my bank account of XXXX on XX/XX/XXXX. I have since contacted Credit Acceptance corporation 3 times regarding this matter. I have submitted disputes to each credit bureau. As of XX/XX/XXXX when my most recent dispute was resolved and the account was reported to the credit bureaus the account is stilll showing as open and delinquent. Each contact I have made I have just been told to submit a dispute ... this is clearly not working as they are still reporting the account as open and delinquent.

I had an account go into collections over 2 years ago and recently it now on my credit report as an open account and missed payments are being marked and the balance for the account is increasing, I did not give permission and had no knowledge of it be reopened. My credit score is constantly going down now because of payment history and missed payments Saying I am 180 days passed due from this account that was placed for collections on XX/XX/2018. My reasons ; one it resets the life of the account/debt so takes longer to age off credit, it holds the consumer back not able to open new accounts/credit due to credit score and payment history, Old debt looks like new debt. Hurts consumers credit making it almost impossible to raise credit score without paying off old debt. It makes consumer feel pressured, harassed, held back, oppressed, and unable to succeed. Some jobs like the one I am going to be applying to after I finish XXXX XXXX in 6 months check credit scores therefore making it harder to get a job that would help me pay off debts that I may owe.

I bought a 2017 XXXX XXXX in XXXX of XXXX. It was in a car wreck on XX/XX/XXXX and the car ended up being told out. My insurance payday loan someone money for the damages and for it totaled. I had gap insurance to cover the rest of the payment that would have been left over that my insurance did not pay. They are still calling me for money. They are on three all three credit bureaus and say I owe XXXX and something on dollars when I know for sure that this was taken care of and paid off. I had gap insurance for the remaining balance that my insurance company did not pay. They continue to call me and harass me on a daily basis. I would like this removed as soon as possible. When I purchased my car the only information that I was shown was the monthly payment. My monthly payment is XXXX, {$350.00} is going to pay the interest. My interest rate is 16.8 %. I have made 7 on time payments since purchasing my car and no one will refinance the car due to the loan amount of XXXX and the worth of the car being XXXX. I have contacted XXXX XXXX and they will not renegotiate or refinance the car loan. When the loan was proposed to me I was told this was the only company who would finance me and I had a co-signer. I was not shown the interest rate and only asked what amount I wanted to pay monthly. I told the dealer that since my rent was XXXX my car payment should be half of that. I was also told by the dealer that the car, a 2019 XXXX XXXX was the only car on the lot I could be financed for.

I went to a dealership in XXXX, it was XXXX XXXX XXXX dealership. I was approved by Credit Acceptance Corp. For a {$13000.00} loan for a XXXX XXXX XXXX . When they approved me I was living in a XXXX XXXX house and I had just gotten a job at XXXX XXXX in XXXX Indiana. I had only been working there for 2 weeks. They asked me for direct deposit records and bank statements. I told them I did not have a bank account but I had a XXXX account. So I gave them my XXXX statements for the previous month and showed them I had only been working for 2 weeks. They approved me for {$13000.00} and some change for a used car. When I got the car within the first week all of the motor mounts broke and the rotors went bad. I took the car back to the dealership because it was under warranty. I called the warranty company and they said that all of the things broken were covered under warranty. The dealership said that these things were not covered so I ended up paying {$700.00} and some change for them to fix everything. I got the car back and it broke down 3 or 4 more times soon after and I ended up just leaving the car in a parking lot and I don't know what ever happened to the car. I just left it there and never looked back. I was over the thing breaking down all the time. Within a month I lost my job and ended up getting a court case against me for the remaining balance of {$12000.00} and some change. I was trying to see what I could do to dispute the case because I was never able to afford it in the first place and I feel they took advantage of me. I was an XXXX in XXXX and had only been working long enough to get one check and they knew all of this. I told the creditor that I was an XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX house and was trying to turn my life around and that my work history was terrible filled with gaps in employment. I feel that I was taken advantage of and now I am trying to fix my credit score and the company took me to court and the judge filed in favor of Credit Acceptance Corp. So now I owe them almost {$13000.00} I need help dealing with this please. I am really struggling with all of this and I don't know what to do. I would appreciate any help you can provide.

I purchased a car and used credit acceptance as the lender. This car was a piece of junk and has never worked. I tried to work something out with the dealer and the lender. The lender gave me some astronomical rate and the car dealership sold me the car with false hopes of a good working car. I knew the rate would be high but they totally took advantage of me.
The car has been reporting 120 days late since XXXX of 2019. This is not true. This car is a piece of XXXX that they wouldn't even come get, as it's worth absolutely nothing. The lender or dealer hid a bunch of fees in this loan as well. This account, at this rate, will NEVER disappear from my credit report. I'm not for sure what else to do. I have sent them numerous letters and disputed this with the credit bureaus. Each time they just keep saying the information is accurate, which it is not. They are refusing to make this right.
This is affecting me mentally and financially. I can not do anything with this on my credit report. they refuse to send me the info about the car, they refuse to do anything at this point.

I was told I was getting the car for XXXX or so but the paperwork that was sent to me by credit acceptance was way over XXXX or so .. and they will not work with me on my payments they will not refinance to help me get my payment monthly down.. they have called after I was late on one of my payments saying they would come repo my car... I have told them that there is over 5 recalls on this car and I have been waiting for over 4 months to get the parts so the XXXX people can fix it .. and two of the recalls are on my airbags they are nonfiction at this time and that my traction and stabilization unit is not right so therefore whenever it rains the car tends to want to slide to one side or another and it tries to pull to one side or the other .. very dangerous.. they still said they couldn't help me or let me try to get another car that does not have dangerous recalls on it..

Hello my problem is i was talking with a dealerchip to buy a vehicule but hi ask me for somany documentation and i geave him all, and the price hi said for the car is not, and when the finance aprouve the contract he just signe without telling me the price and i alwas aak him for the final price he never want, and the last time he calling i was in my work job, and after i sow i contract for, XXXX time the price, when i call the finance to explain then they allwas don't take care after they said the need to investigate after a long time thaey told me i have to pay, and i said no the try to broke my credit, i ask them to cancel that or change the car they fo n't want and the car i never try it, so i was calling credito reclamo they geave me the website to talk for that, just need your help please
