WHEN THE 2ND TRUCK DRIVEN BY INJURED EE RETU RNED WITH HIS 2ND LOAD HE DUMPED OUTWARD TOWARD THE FILL INSTEAD OF AGAINST THE HIGHWALL. THE SPILL BANK GAVE WAY & THE TRUCK OVER TURNED.
