Complaint What Happened Charge Offs 1099C, You wrote my debt off as a profit loss, which is in accurate because you never sent me a 1099C for the IRS. I have everything on my credit report has to be accurate. You should not be reporting this to my credit report which makes it fraud or I can report this to the IRS, FTC, CFPB For suspicion of fraud. Complaint What Happened Subject : Fraudulent Credit Reporting, Duplicate Account, and FCRA Violations Details of Complaint : I am filing this complaint against XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX, and LVNV Funding LLC for violating the Fair Credit Reporting Act ( FCRA ) and engaging in fraudulent credit reporting practices. Duplicate Account Reporting by XXXX XXXX XXXXank : I held a legitimate account with XXXX XXXX XXXX that was paid in full, closed, and marked as " never late '', with a balance of {$610.00}, resolved through their insurance program. XXXX XXXX XXXX fraudulently created and reported a duplicate account with an inflated balance of {$770.00}, which was then sold to LVNV Funding for collections. Inconsistent and Misleading Reporting by CRAs : XXXX and XXXX initially reflected the accurate reporting of the original account but later removed the positive standing in late 2024. XXXX has failed to provide my credit report for more than three months, violating 15 U.S.C. 1681g of the FCRA. Fraudulent Collection Activity by LVNV Funding : LVNV Funding reported a collection account based on the fraudulent duplicate account, despite the original account being resolved and closed. Failure to Investigate Disputes : I have disputed these inaccuracies through the CFPB and directly with the CRAs. However, they failed to investigate properly or resolve the issues, violating 15 U.S.C. 1681i and 1681e ( b ) of the FCRA. Impact on My Consumer Rights : The creation and reporting of a duplicate account, coupled with the removal of accurate positive history, have significantly harmed my creditworthiness. This is a clear case of fraud, misrepresentation, and security fraud. Requested Actions : Immediate deletion of the duplicate account from all credit reports. Removal of the LVNV Funding collection account tied to the fraudulent duplicate. Investigation into the practices of XXXX XXXX XXXX, XXXX, XXXX, XXXX, and LVNV Funding to ensure compliance with the FCRA. Additional Information : This matter has already been reported to the CFPB but remains unresolved. I seek the FTCs assistance to investigate these violations and hold the responsible parties accountable. I reported this to the FTC and will file a civil complaint if continue to report inaccurate information.

Complaint What Happened On XX/XX/2023- XXXX is harassing me and using abusive and profane language when contacting my phone. I told them to put me on the do not call list and they asked for my social security number. When I told them I won't be giving that they told me they couldn't help me. I am sure this is a violation of the FDCPA. To date, XXXX has NEVER validated the debt nor have they provided the requested information. The account in question was fraudulently opened and they are committing aggravated identity theft until they are able to prove otherwise. This company and the representatives of the company are predatory extortionists and I will pursue legal action within XXXX day of receipt of this notice if the information requested is not provided.
