After a visit to family Dr. and MRI, an orthopedic Dr. said the injury might be a new injury. EE reported this result to company on 01/21/2020 at 1:56 pm.

The employee was helping turn blow bars in Impact Crusher, he was standing inside Impact waiting on co-worker to lower bars to him with boom truck when he felt his right calf muscle pull in his leg. He said it didn't bother him at the time and called me around 6:30 pm at home and said it was getting sore. He went to doctor that night and got pain meds. He never missed any work.
