Complaint What Happened	Two attempts made to properly fill out these forms. Both times rejected, assumed destroyed, and new ones re-sent, due to me not meeting previously untold requirements, according to SWBC, namely in-person notarization, and particular fields of information that allegedly went unfilled, even though thorough review of the 2nd signing attempt was overseen and notarized by an experienced notary public. A letter suddenly received days later ( dated XX/XX/2023 ; was not officially notified via email until XX/XX/2023 ) declaring the entire application for foreclosure prevention is now rejected and that I am ineligible, due to an unspecified deadline overrun for the forms to be submitted. Assuming this news is correct, my home will be foreclosed on as early as XX/XX/2023.
