Equipment found damaged or defective shall not be used until repaired. a) Fort Knox Army Base - Building 1118 Saber & Quill - Right back corner from the main entrance in the ball room: on or about 4/17/2019, the charging plug of the Sky Jack II 4626 Scissor Lift was not grounded exposing workers to electric shock hazard. |
