Complaint What Happened	I totaled my car with my kids and needed to get a new car asap, so told them of the situation and didnt seem to care or want to work with me. The next communication I got from them, they threatened me with a felony and taking me to court instead of working it out with me because of my traumatic experience. They were always rude and tried to put up with it and this broke the camels back.

Complaint What Happened	I received 2 payday loans on XX/XX/2020 that totaled {$500.00} that I was positive was paid back in cash but the workers claim it wasn't paid. I was at XXXX XXXX and called the state and found out what day and how much and they said there is a 10 year statute of limitations law that they can't collect over 10 years anyways so she tried to get the worker at cash advance to dismiss the checks but the worker said they would not so I was told that this was not following the rules of statute of limitations and I need to file a complaint to have these dismissed. Please help on this situation.
