Complaint What Happened XX/XX/2021 - Home Insurance Paid ( They paid an entirely different insurance company and asked them to not cash the check / ordered a stop payment ) - {$1400.00} XX/XX/2021 - Home Insurance Paid ( Paid my actual insurance company ) - {$1400.00} The money from XX/XX/2021 was never returned to my escrow account. Ive called in every week or so since XXXX asking about my missing money from my escrow account. Each time I have gotten a different response ranging from call the insurance company to get your money back ( this obviously can not be done since they paid some other insurance company Im not even aware of ) to the most recent response of we are handling this and the check is in the mail. I have now waited days past the time of when the check is supposed to be delivered to me to put back into my escrow. I called back in and the representative said she has no record of a payment being made to me. They are telling me they are waiting on the response from the wrong insurance company they disbursed my money to. GHM ( Guaranty Home Mortgage ) owes me XXXX and so far they have gotten away with stealing this money from me and now asking to raise my mortgage payment because my escrow is too low.
