- 15 USC 1681 section 604 A section 2 : It also states a consumer reporting agency can not furnish an account without my written instructions.
- 15 USC 1666B : A creditor may not treat a payment on a credit card account under an open end consumer credit plan as late for a purpose.

I contacted Amsher Collections Services on XX/XX/2021 and they responded with a bill attached stating I allegedly owed {$1500.00}. The amount appears to be incorrect as my last bill with XXXX was a different amount of {$1400.00}. Why is Amsher reporting inaccurate information? Im skeptical that the company can not accrue interest or else the debt is not owed to this company at all. Then they attached a bill they sent to an address in Georgia. I live in Kentucky. Doesnt seem to be a reputable company if its inaccurate! I want it removed immediately. This company has been very aggressive and harmed my credit.

Amsher collection never notified me of the debt before reporting it to credit bureaus when I seen it I contacted and asked them for a verification as I believe it's false they never sent it then hired a lawyer so I contacted the lawyer who hung up on me multiple times and refused to speak to me finally asked them for verification of debt have never received it and no one has actually ever called me iv always had to contact them after it shows up on my credit monitoring service.

I contacted Amsher on XX/XX/2020 ; to notified them the balance of my debt was incorrect on my credit report. The outstanding balance on this account was {$300.00}. They are reporting {$700.00}. They informed me that there was {$390.00} of interest on my account. This totals out to be 56.19 % of interest. I believe they are in volition of the Military Lending Act. I am an XXXX XXXX service member and under that Law I can not be charged a rate of grater than 36 %. I would like the negative credit reporting removed immediately.
