My mortgage is serviced with Lakeview by XXXX. Their website will not allow payments and when I call their number to pay over the phone the automated system disconnects the call. My concern is now that I am unable to make a payment that I will be charged additional interest since my payment wont be credited on the date I wanted to make a payment.

In XX/XX/2023 our loan was sold to Lakeview Loan care. Once they took over they raised our bill {$500.00} saying it was an escrow and insurance issue. I just don't understand how they can legally do this. Our loan was set to the amount we could afford not this!!! We went and looked at their reviews and XXXX of their customers said they did the same thing to them. I feel like we are all getting scammed. Please look into this.

My bank, XXXX. sent a payment on XX/XX/XXXX for a XX/XX/XXXX payment and it was not processed until XX/XX/XXXX.
My bank, XXXX, sent a payment on XX/XX/XXXX for a XX/XX/XXXX payment and it has yet to be processed.
I work hard to submit my payments in a timely manner and the company is not processing my payment in a timely manner.

Since XX/XX/XXXX weve been having problems with our mortgage company saying that we are a month behind on our payments, Ive been making double payments every month and according to my credit report there saying that I havent been making any payments.When I went on the website because I dont receive any monthly statements I noticed a lot of our payments have been going to escrow but it doesnt brake it down as to what and back in XX/XX/XXXX when our mortgage company changed from XXXX to Lake view we never received anything in the mail about the change until a bill came stating that our payment was late.Whenever we call to speak with someone were on hold for hours and a couple of times when Ive called to make a payment they tell me that unless I make a double payment I cant make a payment they wont except it.We are trying to refinance through another company right now and because of the credit report bringing me score down Im not able to get out from under them.

Since mid XXXX I have been trying to get XXXX to correct my payment history. They have reported a payment of more than 30 days late in XXXX of 2019. When I call to talk to them about the issue they state that their records show I made the payment on time and that they are reporting it correctly. However it is still being reported as more than 30 days late on my credit report. I have filed disputes starting in mid XXXX with the credit bureaus that did not fix the problem. I have now filed multiple disputes with XXXX internally that have so far not fixed the problem. Each time they come back and say they are reporting it correctly and I have to start the process over again which takes weeks. I have made multiple phone calls and been on the phone for multiple hours trying to get them to update my payment history correctly and each time am told the dispute is in process or the dispute is done and they found their information to be correct. As of today my credit report from all three bureaus still shows a payment of more than 30 days late in XXXX of 2019 after hours on the phone and multiple disputes for the last three months I will include a payment history provided to me from XXXX showing that I made the payment on XXXX the XXXX of 2019. I will also include a picture of my payment history as it has been reported to all three bureaus by XXXX. Their refusal to investigate this issue thoroughly and fix their error is causing me financial harm. I am unable to gain pre-approval for a home loan I need to help house my family.
