I bought the car in 2020 and XXXX months after I got the car the the cars engine went out just out of the blue. Took to the dealership and they took to the XXXX dealership and come to find out the car had a recall on the engine. It took them a month to figure that out. So they finally decided they was gon na fix my car for free. Stating they was putting a new engine in. It took them XXXX months and I kept paying my payments on time like I was told. So I finally get my car back and it seemed fine just like before. I always keep my oil changed. So i drove my car out of town and on the way back the car did the same thing as before. It jacked and them it wouldn't pick up speed and started smoking just like before. I had to have the car brought back by towel truck {$1000.00} because I was XXXX hours out from KY. Call the dealership again take it back. They kept it again for another month still hadn't called to say anything. So I kept calling they still hadn't looked at it yet. Prestige financial kept calling and I told them what was going on but they could care less. They kept asking where the car was and I told them. So I called the shop again and they said your financial company came and got the car without them even fixing the car. So I called them and they told me that couldn't wait because I wasn't making the payment so they was gon na sale it at their on personal auction and I was gon na be left to pay the balance. The car balance was still like XXXX. The loan was some upside down loan that I didn't kno anything about because if I did I wouldn't of ever signed up for that. They didn't explain anything about me paying for 1 years of Interest and nothing towards the loan itself. When u look them up they are doing alot people who have had bad credit or filed bankruptcy in the past like I had. I spoke with my lawyer and she told me what I could do but it's not right that my credit is gon na be missed up again because of them not fixing the car like they said the first time. They never replaced the engine because it would of never went out again a year later.

Opend loan XX/XX/XXXX, lost my job after a year of payments. Auto was repo 'd. Never received any letters from Prestige Financial. Not sure if auto was sold. But the past due amount increases each month since XX/XX/XXXX. I have disputed this account through the reporting bureaus, it is validated each time. I disputed directly with Prestige Financial asking for paperwork proof, they did not respond.

On XX/XX/XXXX I got alert from Bank that Prestige Financial had tried to draft out {$440.00} out of my account but the amount wasn't there so it was declined. I called to speak with a customer service rep because I never gave them permission to store my card information and keep using. My mom paid her car payment using my card 1 time. They made her have me call to give them permission for use and I told them do not save my information for future use that it was only a 1 time use. The financial place refused to listen to me on XX/XX/XXXX and would not remove my card information until my mom called and told them otherwise. I stated to them that they never had my permission to even store the card information. Again, they refused. My mom called them and told them to remove my card information off that nobody have given them permission. Prestige Financial told my mom that they had removed my card. They lied!!! Today on XX/XX/XXXX XXXX I get another alert saying that my account declined Prestige Financial amount of {$440.00} due to the amount not being on my card. How can I get this stop! They are trying to take my money and the vehicle loan isn't even mine. Nor am I giving them permission to do this. They have been made aware 2 times and still basically they are trying to steal.

I am 7 days late paying my car loan. A vehicle I 've had for over a year and never made a late payment on since I obtained the vehicle. I had numerous conversations via phone, text and email explaining to Prestige Financial that I would be paying my loan on XX/XX/XXXX they offered a payment arrangement in which I was unable to take and I informed them again that I would be making this payment first thing on XX/XX/XXXX when I got paid. I went thru this with them everyday about 3 or 4 times a day for 5 days straight. I even at one point asked about their grace period and they said well yes there is one but that only pertains to the late fee we add if you are more than 10 days late ( is n't this all the same thing ). At one point a gentleman with the company informed me that they were closing there books on XX/XX/XXXX and they have standards to meet as a company. Which I understand because I used to be a debt collector myself we had percentages and standards we had to meet each month as well. But, were also trained that if someone is within a grace period and they say they are going to make their payment before that grace period is up that we do n't continually harass customers with phone calls and we definitely do n't call the customers work after we 've had numerous conversations w that customer and they 've stated when they would be making their payment. We also never threatened them with management, ruining their credit or other offensive things which is exactly what these people did with me. They called my husband 's work and when we asked them not to do this and when I told them that I had numerous conversations with them explaining when I would make the payment I was told that this did n't matter and they could legally call who they want because we signed a legal contract. I was threatened with management which would further their collections w me, I was threatened with this ruining my credit and I was harassed non stop for days with phone calls, texts and emails. Furthermore, the day they called my husband 's work was 1 day before I had scheduled to make my payment with them. I have seen numerous complaints on this company for the same things I 've listed here something needs to be done.
