A person identifying themselves as " XXXX '' called my place of employment 8 times in one day trying to get in contact with me on XX/XX/XXXX. My administrative staff believed it to be some sort of emergency because of the repeated calls. When I returned to my desk, I called the number that was left. " XXXX '' identified himself as someone working for Williams and Fudge who was looking for who they had reason to believe was my spouse about a " business matter. '' I told him that I do not know who he is and I will not confirm that the person he is looking for is my spouse, again because I do not know who he is. I told him that he is not to contact me again in attempts to contact someone else. I told him explicitly that he does not have my permission to contact me at work looking for someone else. I repeated myself that he can not call me at work and asked him if he understood. He said that he did.
Today, XX/XX/XXXX ; a man identifying himself as " XXXX '' from Williams and Fudge called me at my place of employment saying that he had to " talk to me about a business matter with my spouse. '' I recognized the name of Williams and Fudge again and said that I spoke with someone from there weeks ago that they do not have my permission to call me at work looking for someone else. I repeated myself and told him not to ever call me at work looking for someone else. I then hung up.
I believe they are harassing me. Calling constantly and ignoring my demands that they not contact me at work when they are trying to actually contact someone else. I refuse to confirm with them whether the person they are looking for is my spouse because again I do not know who they are or for what purpose they are trying to contact this other person. Regardless, they have been told multiple times that they do not have permission to call me at my place of employment.

I am in debt with a university I previously attended. I had spoken to the Williams Fudge collector known as XXXX XXXX and acknowledged the debt on multiple occasions. They began calling my workplace and also ended up contacting my mother and disclosed the information about my debt without my knowledge. They have lied to me and told me that my debt needed to be payed off on a specific day that he called and made me stay on the phone until I payed it. I am not in a position to pay in full and asked about a monthly plan. But that was not good enough for them, as they began calling my workplace asking to speak with me and telling my family members about my personal business. I receive repeated calls multiple days of the week and I am tired. My debt has been acknowledged and they are harassing me.

Due to unforeseen circumstances I had to dropout of college. i received a notice of debt owed to XXXX XXXX University I received a call from a debt collector advising me about this debt, I agreed to establish a payment plan with the agency assigned the debt by XXXX to make monthly payments and avoid bankruptcy. In doing so it was agreed that the debt would not get reported to my credit report. i have been making payments every month as agreed and have learned once access was gained to my XXXX XXXX that the company is reporting to XXXX XXXX and has been doing long before the collection company called me. This company did not notify me by mail prior to the phone call mentioned above and then reporting this to the credit beaureus not allowing me to dispute or validate the charges. This needs to come off my credit now. This debt collector is in direct violation of FCRA.
