left an apartment called XXXX XXXX in XX/XX/XXXX ending, after giving leave and sublease notification of 3 months. Then the apartment was subleased to another tenant, who occupy this apartment since XXXX XX/XX/XXXX.
He paid the rent for that month of XXXX. Later in XX/XX/XXXX, I was called by the apartment 's new manager that I was owning them, which clear me from the debt after he confirmed that I was not occupying the apartment room as of XX/XX/XXXX. Unknown to me he has sent my name and information to a credit collector called Carter-Young Inc. Then I was told my name was sent credit collector, but they did not clear me from this dispute. This has been hindering my XXXX XXXX since XX/XX/XXXX. And has an untoward effect on the financial situation.

Carter-Young INC is reporting an account that is entirely invalid. Over the last year I have been writing them to get them to fix the problem, but fraudulent companies are just that ... fraudulent. While I was on XXXX XXXX in the XXXX at XXXX XXXX, XXXX., I lived in an apartment outside the gate. Surely enough, I received XXXX XXXX to XXXX XXXX, XXXX. These XXXX when signed by my company XXXX and presented to the property managers takes me out of the lease 1 month after me showing them the orders, because, ol ' Uncle XXXX is forcing me to move.

I had to XXXX from duty station to another. I submitted my signed orders ( which by law should have taken me out of my lease ) to XXXX XXXX. The property manager continued to charge me rent and charged me other fees as well. They did not repay me my security deposit either. Instead, they sold a fraudulent debt to a shady collection agency, namely Carter-Young.
