Complaint What Happened I have already filed a complaint with the company through here once already. They have one employee that continues to harass me and threaten me. The company has already responded to the original complaint through here and the employee continued to harass me. So I reached out to the supervisor and they advised me that the employee would be removed from my account. Im not even 30 days late on my payment and the same employee that the company advised me would not be allowed to touch my account put my car on the repo list and advised me to surrender now. He is very unprofessional in the way he conducts business and the way he continues to go against company orders and harass me.

Complaint What Happened I have a car loan I paid on time for a full year and a half, I had to go on fmla from work for 3 months because my daughter was hospitalized resulting in me not getting paid for 3 months. The loan agency would not help in anyway for making lower payments but they let me making minimum payments every week of XXXX which is hard to do when you 're not getting paid but I managed. I went back to work and started catching up on the payments but I 'm currently still passed due because I 'm trying to catch up on the car payment and rent as well. I explained this all to the original lady that I was working with and the agreement was as long as I 'm making active payments they would not take the car. I 'm now having 3 different people contacting me via email and phone all at the same on regards to this account. They are not relying messages to each other. Today while I was on the phone with one collector I had the other person email me that he put my car up for repossession when the lady I was on the phone with reassured me that I was fine. I made a payment on the 4th of XXXX and today I had one email me that they need another payment immediately because they can no longer continue this way. It has n't even been 3 days since I made one payment and I had already scheduled a payment on the 4th as well for XXXX for the 15th which would then put my passed due payment at XXXX which is less then the monthly car note which is XXXX. Every week I get a message that I 'm on the verge of a repossession when I 'm making payments and staying in contact with them. I work XXXX to XXXX XXXX which is the time they try to contact me and I can not contact them back which I 've told them but if I do n't contact them right away they state they are putting my car for repossession.
