Complaint What Happened	I was sold solar panels by a company called XXXX XXXX out of XXXX, TN. The debt is owned by a company called Solar Mosaic. I have never signed a contract with Solar Mosaic and I was never provided written proof of my ownership of the debt when requested via telephone. The debt is for XXXX dollars and I was promised by the company who sold them to me ( XXXX XXXX ) and the debt owner ( Solar Mosaic ) that I would not be charged anything until the work was complete and I had a working system. All that was ever done was the panels were put on the roof and a bunch of holes were put into my exterior walls to put an inverter and battery. The system was never hooked up nor did it pass inspection to be allowed to be hooked up. The company and lender knew what they were doing and are attempting to scam me out of my money. Since the panels were " sold '' to me the company that I dealt with has been forcefully put out of business due to alleged " pervasive and ongoing deceptive and unfair business practices '' and is currently under the control of a federally appointed receiver through the United States District Court. However I am now stuck with non-working solar panels and a XXXX debt that I did not agree to.
