Complaint What Happened I paid my account in full with Sezzle, INC. on XX/XX/XXXX and closed it. Since then, this company is continuing to report a balance owed. I have called them numerous times and sent XXXX certified letters asking them to correct this issue. They sent me an email on XX/XX/10, stating the issue has been resolved, yet theyre still reporting on my credit.

Complaint What Happened I had bought the {$17.00} a month sezzle anywhere pay on XX/XX/2024 in order to pay for a transaction in the 4 easy installments that sezzle implies. When I had gotten the digital card to put in my wallet, I had the spending power of {$650.00} and the charge was {$380.00} dollars that I was supposed to pay {$100.00} every 2 weeks for 6 weeks for. The order was pending, and small transactions were going through on the card to make sure that the funds were there. When I went to pay for my purchase, sezzle then started to decline my payments, although they were taking out small increments of money from my bank account. And as promised with the sezzle anywhere, I could use it wherever visa is accepted. After the company ( not sezzle ) that I was using the spend anywhere with 4 easy payments werent going through, I tried calling sezzle and sezzle was not fixing the issue although with the {$17.00} a month plan I had guaranteed priority customer service to hand it, they were not tending to the issue. The transaction then went through, and I thought the {$100.00} for the deposit was taken out. Sezzle then came back two days later and said I owed the whole amount of {$380.00} instead of in the 4 installments that I was supposed to pay. I tried calling the customer service line and had gotten someone where they said the problem would be escalated to the managers. And I should hear something by email the next day. The next day came and I heard NOTHING. Then two days later I get a fraud report from my bank saying that sezzle was trying to take the whole amount, although it was supposed to be {$100.00} for four installments. Tried calling sezzle same day with just robots hanging up on me. I have never been late paying sezzle and always pay the extra fees for the extra services on time that they do not adhere to! Sezzle is misrepresenting their services.
