Complaint What Happened |
I was having a XXXX IRA account in Betterment.com and when I open this account there was no fees for Closing or transfer the account to another company. Now I transfer my account to XX/XX/2024 XXXX XXXX
during the time of transfer the Betterment.com Charge me {$75.00} I asked to refund on the basis of the term I opened the account but they denied to refund my {$75.00}.
when I opened there was no fees it was advertised and written on website its free open and Closing or Transfer whenever the customer want to. I need your help and intervention please resolve this matter because its not Transparent and legitimate professional business by the Betterment.com. This Betterment investment company need to refund my money because they introduce this after I open the account and there was no information for me by mail or any communication by betterment.com I am hoping for a transparent and professional solution of this matter.
